Stainless steel color laser marking principle
The basic principle of color marking of stainless steel is to use the laser heat source with high energy density on the stainless steel material to generate colored oxide on the surface, or to generate a layer of colorless and transparent oxide film. Due to the light interference effect of the film, the color will come into effect. Moreover, by controlling the laser energy and parameters, the different colors of oxide layers with different thickness can be realized, and even the gradual color marking can be realized.
